Harris Technology develops custom software applications for its clients which are built on top of CRM (customer relationship management) systems made by Microsoft and Sage. We leverage the rich "out of the box” features these programs provide and their native integration to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint to create systems that work the way you work.
Harris Technology also offers an email marketing solution from ExactTarget which integrates with both of the CRM systems we sell. This system manages marketing list sign up and opt-out, it allows marketers to create HTML-based emails, and track how each recipient is interacting with their communications by tracking opens and clicks.
